PET bottles and HDPE containers are bulky and elastic. Without the right baler setup, bales can be loose, unstable or difficult to transport.
Pre-crushing helps
Removing air from bottles before baling improves chamber efficiency and bale density. Some operations use perforators or crushers before feeding the baler.

- Wide feed opening for bagged bottles.
- Enough press force to control rebound.
- Strong tying pattern to hold bale shape.
- Stable discharge area for forklift handling.
Machine options
